Review graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, induction, or another hot-zone route against temperature, vapor pressure, cleanliness, and material compatibility.

Atmosphere and vacuum

Define target vacuum, leak-rate expectations, inert or process gas, gas purity, partial pressure, purge cycles, and controlled cooling needs.

Work zone and throughput

Size the usable work zone around the complete load, fixtures, clearances, batch weight, cycle time, and laboratory, pilot, or production objective.
